Adam F. Shearer

Adam Shearer joined Clarence Dyer & Cohen after three years as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to clerking, Adam was a Public Interest Fellow at the Federal Public Defender’s Office in San Francisco. This federal court experience, combined with keen attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic, enables Adam to provide vigorous and results-oriented representation to his clients.

Adam is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for Ecology Law Quarterly. Also during law school, he interned for both the San Francisco City Attorney’s Affirmative Litigation Task Force and the San Francisco Office of Financial Empowerment, and volunteered for the Tenants’ Rights Workshop.

In his spare time, Adam can be found attending Bay Area sports events, playing basketball, or practicing his French.
